Terms of Use

How to use this website, and what a service request does and does not do.

Effective October 25, 2026

Using this website

These terms apply to the public website at anzaloneyachtmanagement.com, presented by Anzalone's Full Service Yacht Management Group. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms cover the website. They are not the service contract for a particular vessel. Work is governed by the written estimate you accept, not by this page.

What the website is for

The site explains marine service and yacht care and lets you ask for a conversation. Pages describe the kinds of work the team undertakes and the three Yacht Care Plans. They are not a rate card, a promise that every job can be accepted, or a confirmation that a date is open.

Scope, price, timing, and whether a job is accepted are confirmed only in writing after the team has reviewed the request.

How to use the site

Use the site for information about the business and to send a genuine inquiry or application. Do not misuse the forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or present yourself as Anzalone's.

Do not send payment card numbers, bank account numbers, routing numbers, government identification numbers, or medical information through the forms.

Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, including vessel identification and where the boat can be found. The Privacy Policy describes what the forms collect and how that information is emailed for review.

Typing your name into a website form is not a signature and does not accept an estimate or a work order.

Service requests

A service request is an inquiry. It does not create a contract, reserve a crew, approve an estimate, or authorize anyone to start work.

A message that the form was sent means the inquiry was delivered for review. It does not mean a visit is scheduled.

Where service is offered

The published service areas are Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Jupiter, and Stuart, Florida; the Bahamas; and the Chesapeake Bay region of Maryland through a sister company. Listing a place does not mean the business has a registered office there, and it does not guarantee that every request in that place can be accepted.

Whether a particular vessel and location can be served is confirmed when the request is reviewed.

Estimates and agreed work

After the team understands the job, Anzalone's prepares a written estimate. Work is not treated as approved until you review that estimate and accept it in the manner the estimate requires, including your printed full name, a legally valid signature, and the date.

The estimate should identify the vessel, the proposed work, exclusions, estimated cost, applicable taxes, any processing fee that is actually shown on that estimate, the deposit, timing if it is known, and the reference numbers.

If the scope later changes, a change is documented and approval is requested before the amount owed increases. That change process is not a system you operate on this website.

Deposit

All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. Anzalone's confirms that the deposit has been received before a job is cleared to start.

This website does not collect the deposit. Cancellation, refund, and scheduling terms are written on the estimate you sign. They are not set on this page.

Payment

This website does not take payment and does not offer checkout. You cannot pay a deposit by card or bank transfer on these pages.

An approved payment method is arranged before work begins, off this website. Credit cards and bank transfers may be accepted through a secure payment service when that service is in use. The brands accepted are confirmed at the time of payment.

Card and bank fees, if any, appear only on the written estimate. This website does not charge a card-processing fee or a bank-account fee, and it does not publish a percentage for either.

Do not type a card number, security code, routing number, or account number into a form on this site. Those values are not stored in the website, its emails, or its pages.

Photographs, video, and records

Documentation of work may include photographs and video of the vessel so the owner has a record. Those files are for the vessel history.

Using the same images in marketing requires separate permission. This website does not collect that permission and does not claim a right to publish a customer's vessel or the people aboard.

Service records can help an owner understand completed work. They are not a guarantee that an insurer, surveyor, or buyer will accept them. A customer document portal is not operating on this website.

Website content

The text, design, name, and marks on this website belong to Anzalone's Full Service Yacht Management Group unless a page says otherwise. You may read the site and share a link to it. You may not copy the site to present another business as Anzalone's.

Photographs of boats and water are used to show the kind of work and setting. They are not a claim that every image is a documented Anzalone job or a portrait of a particular employee, unless the page says so.

Availability

The site is offered as it is available. Pages can be updated, interrupted, or removed. Information on the site can change. The current page is the one that applies when you read it.

Changes to these terms

These terms are effective October 25, 2026. If they change, this page will be updated and the effective date will change. Continued use of the website after an update is use under the updated terms. A change to this page does not rewrite an estimate you have already signed.
